CUTS International, Accra, in collaboration with the National Road Safety Authority (NRSA), Legal Resource Center (LRC), LADA Institute, and Bloomberg Initiative for Global Road Safety (BIGRS), on Wednesday, 23rd July 2025, held a press conference on the Role of Media Advocacy on Road Safety at the International Press Centre.

Among other things, the press conference sought to bring the government’s attention to the rising number of road crashes and to call on them to declare road safety a national public health emergency and to prioritize spending on Road Safety.
